Abstract: On no account should a synopsis of the phenotype in statics and dynamics be disregarded, particularly as far as new patients are concerned. Video processes, laboratory diagnostics and depth-founded explorations can not replace signals of the general situation which are conveyed to us by posture. Multiple lesions of the supporting organ require verbal prevention besides the usual therapy. The goal is a broad change of behaviour in the patient's way of thinking.
