Abstract: vitamin-B-complex therapy in twenty diabetic patients with peripheral neuropathy. There was a clinically relevant and statistically signifcant improvement in subjective symptoms and vibratory perception threshold as compared with placebo. Earlier reports of placebo-controlled investigations which could not demonstrate a therapeutic efficacy were carried out using lower doses of the components of the vitamin-B-complex.
