Eine der Rollen der Elektroakupunktur bei der komplexen Behandlung chirurgischer Patienten

Abstract: Functional activity of the sympatheticoadrenal (SAS) and pituitary-adrenal systems (PAS) was studied in 102 patients with biliferous tracts disorders, treated by reflex therapy techniques in the preoperative period, during the operation and in the postoperative period (experimental group), and in 70 analogous patients (control group) treated only by drugs. The results of the study revealed unidirectional changes in these systems in both groups during the operation and in the postoperative period. Alongside with that, a lower activation of the hormonal link of SAS observed at the end of the operation under electroacupuncture (EAP), and a better marked decrease of the elevated activity of the sympathetic link of SAS caused by EAP in the postoperative period suggest certain advantages of reflex analgesia as compared to conventional analgesia. The findings prove the efficiency of EAP and its usefulness at all stages of complex treatment of surgical patients, especially those with high risk of surgical interventions.
