Atypical brachydactyly

Abstract: A case of atypical brachydactyly is reported with clinical and radiographic findings. A differential diagnosis is discussed. In light of the lack of corrective surgical techniques, conservative management is considered, including genetic consultation to prevent the deformity in future generations.
