Medical Rehabilitation: a Claim to the State Health Insurance

Abstract: The Health Reform Law, valid since 1st January 1989, has redefined the claim of the members to the State Health Insurance. Here, means of preventive medicine are in the foremost position. Thus, the health insurance have been given new tasks. Rehabilitation, too, has been given qualitative prominence. Furthermore, the claims for out-patient and in-patient means of rehabilitation have been changed. Altogether, the health insurances have got a number of new and legally ensured possibilities for means of rehabilitation.
