Effect of dilutions of Bryonia (4-9 CH) and lung histamin (4-9 CH) on human neutrophil activation responses assessed by flow-cytometry

Abstract: Hypaque-Ficoll purified (95%) PMN from normal subjects were assessed for FMLP-elicited membrane potential (Dy) responses, intra- cellular hydrogen peroxide production and phagocytic activity using flow cytometry and appropriate fluorescent probes. The modulatory effects of dilute solutions of Bryonia (4CH and 9CH) and of lung-his- tamin (4CH and 9CH) were assessed in these systems. PMN were suspended in the dilutions for 30 minutes at 37\STH\to assay. ave a significant effect on human neutrophil activation.
