Infektanfällige Kinder in der ambulanten physiotherapeutischen Betreuung (Erfahrungsbericht nach Elternbefragung)

Abstract: Aus dem Institut für Physiotherapie "Dr. Anneliese Hamann" (Chefarzt: MR Dr. med. J. Sachse) der ambulanten medizinischen Betreuung Berlin-Friedrichshain Zusammenfassung In der komplexen Behandlung von Kindern mit häufigen Atemwegserkrankungen spielen Physiotherapiemaßnahmen eine wesentliche Rolle. Die vorliegende Untersuchung beleuchtet anhand von Elternbefragungen bestimmte Zielsetzungen Durchführbarkeit Verträglichkeit und Wirkungstrend eines für die häusliche Anwendung empfohlenen Hydrotherapieprogramms.120 infektanfällige Kinder im Durchschnittsalter von 16/12 Jahren wurden 1983-1985 beobachtet. Aus den gleichen Betreuungsjahren wurden die Saunakontrollbögen von 137 Kleinkindern hinsichtlich Saunaablauf und Reaktion der Kinder ausgewertet. Die Physiotherapiemaßnahmen zeigten in Übereinstimmung mit der Literatur gute Verträglichkeit und Wirkung. Daraus wird die Forderung abgeleitet sie im Rahmen der Grundbetreuung für diesen Patientenkreis in den regionalen Physiotherapieeinrichtungen zu realisieren. Summary In the complex treatment of children with frequent diseases of the respiratory tract physiotherapeutic measures play an essential role. On the Basis of consultations of parents the present investigation illustrates certain aims producibility tolerance and trend of efficacy of a programme of hydrotherapy recommended for the domestic use. 120 children susceptible to infection at an average age of 16/12 years were controlled from 1983 to 1985. From the same years of treatment the Sauna bath controll forms of 137 infants were evaluated concern-ing the course of the Sauna bath and the reaction of the children. In correspondence with the literature the physiotherapeutic measures showed good tolerability and efficacy. From this the demand is derived to realize them in the regional physiotherapeutic institutions in the framework of the basic medical care for this group of patients. ___MH
