Die Position der Impulskurzwelle in der Physiotherapie1

Abstract: Aus dem Institut für Physiotherapie (Direktor: Prof. Dr. sc. med. R. CALLIES) der Friedrich-Schiller-Universität Jena 1 Herrn Prof. em. Dr. sc. med. H. EDEL zum 75. Geburtstag gewidmet 2 Gerätehersteller VEB Transformatoren- und Röntgenwerk "Hermann Matern" Dresden (Betrieb Medizinische Elektronik Hohen Neuendorf) Zusammenfassung Ausgehend von der Position der Impulskurzwelle in der Wissenschaftsdisziplin Physiotherapie werden Ultraschall und Kurzwelle gegenübergestellt und dies besonders hinsichtlich einer kontinuierlichen und pulsierten Einwirkung. Es werden Ansätze zur Wirkungsdifferenzierung der Impulskurzwelle im Vergleich zur Kurzwelle interpretiert. Letztlich wird zur Indikationsprofilierung hinsichtlich einer Impulskurzwellentherapie Stellung genommen. Summary Issuing from the position of the Impulse short-wave in the scientific subject of physiotherapy ultrasound and short-wave are confronted and this particularly concerning a continuous and pulsated influence. Beginnings regarding the differentiation of the effect of the Impulse short-wave are interpreted in comparison to the short-wave. Finally the author adopts a definite attitude to the profilation of the indication concerning an Impulse short-wave therapy. ___MH
