Abstract: The question put is: which general factors and which personal factors are decisive in the acceptance of a specific role in a group, and to what extent is there a connection between the two groups of factors mentioned. After three practical examples, a theoretic part follows. The practical examples are checked against this theory, followed by an answer to the question.
