Abstract: Brief presentation of thoughts about what constituted a 'critical´, or 'special' moment in clinical Improvisation, between therapist and client. Is the specialness to do with the music, the persons playing the music, what the music means - is it that a certain musical idea is born at that moment, is it to do with a release or change of energy between the two persons playing.
