Composing music for use in therapy

Abstract: Assessed the effect of contingent music alone or combined with a bell pad on enuresis in a 21-yr-old mentally retarded female with an IQ of 32. Results show an increase from a baseline of 43-86% dry days after treatment. The music treatment alone appeared to be more effective than the music paired with the bell pad.
