Über Hirnschwellungszustände (Enzephalopathien) nach Impfungen

Abstract: This study shows the medical-historical development of our findings about vaccination-related brain damage up to the most recent state of knowledge. The most significant research finding in this field is the shift in opinion with respect to the role of the age of the vaccinated patient at the time of the vaccination. Only after three years of age is the child's brain capable of reacting to damage with a response we call "inflammation". The brain damage that occurs after a patient over three years of age is vaccinated is called "postvaccinal encephalitis" (pve). Since it is common practice to vaccinate children before the age of three here in West Germany, encephalitis does not play any role as a potential form of vaccination damage in this country. The obvious Symptoms of encephalitis cannot be expected in the event of the occurrence of vaccination damage.Until the end of the second year of life, a child's brain can only react to vaccinationrelated damage with swelling of the brain (edema) which, at that age, does not exhibit any clinical symptoms and cannot be recognized. If a child dies after the brain edema has subsided, the microscopic biopsy is usually negative. This response in the form of swelling of the brain is called "bland postvaccinal encephalopathy" (bpvep). This is the only reaction form that can be expected in West Germany (unlike in Austria) as vaccination- related brain damage. It has only one Single, somewhat reliable, recognizable symptom: a gap in development which, however, might only show up and be recognized years later, for example, when speech development is impaired. The course of physical development remains unaffected. Therefore, it is scientifically incorrect to take the symptoms of encephalitis as a prerequisite for diagnosing brain damage after a vaccination before the age at which this reaction can occur.
