Die Akupunktur als Zusatzbehandlung bei arteriellen Verschlußkrankheiten

Abstract: In 50 patients with amputation of the lower extremity due to peripherial arterial insufficiency the effect of increasing blood flow of acupuncture was investigated. To confirm the effective duration, the patients were chequed by follow up. The changes of blood supply were measured by occlusion rheography. We found significantly better results in patients with acupuncture than in the control group.
