Prospektive Studie beim radikal operierten Mammakarzinom mit Polychemotherapie, Helixor und unbehandelte Kontrolle

Abstract: In a prospective comparative study, patients were treated after radical mastectomy by different adjuvant therapies:Helixor, n = 192, Polychemotherapie with CMF (O), n = 177, and Controle, n = 274. Considering the age, the diameter of the primary, Iymphnodes involvement, the family history, the age of menarche, the number of children, the nursing customs, the menopausal status, only the first three factors indicated a significant importance for prognosis.The comparison of the rates of survival after 5 years indicated significant differences between the treated patients and the control (P= 0,032).In the stage of no involved Iymph nodes, the five year rates do not differ significantly. In the stage of 1-4 Iymph nodes involved, the rates are H 64,6%, C 65,5%, versus K 51% and in 4+ involved nodes H 45,5%, C 39,2%, versus K 37,9%.
