Abstract: The author (paediatrician and music therapist) gives a short overview of the treatment of children with tuberculosis, polio, spasticity, and physical handicapped by means of breath- and kinesiological therapy in the form of play. The link with music therapy is soon made. She goes into breath (movement) and voice and their place in the emotional mental development and in music therapy. Includes nine written demonstrations.
