Abstract: Describes a technique for use with groups of inpatient and outpatient schizophrenics that is designed to overcome difficulties in body language and vocalization. Musical instruments/stimuli are selected and activities are proposed based on the mood prevailing in the group. It is maintained that music therapy provides opportunities for new channels of concrete and symbolic communication. (English abstract)
