Continuing concerns in music therapy ethics

Abstract: Contends that the music therapy profession has not devoted adequate attention to ethical issues. Three areas of professional concern are addressed: a specific code of ethics for music therapists, music therapists' abilities to solve ethical problems and prioritize ethical issues, and ethics education for music therapy students and professionals. Research in these 3 areas is summarized, and questions are posed for consideration by those in the field of music therapy.
