Adapting Music Education to the Needs of the Disabled

Abstract: This paper examines instrumental tuition with people with disabilities. Several cases are presented and problems arising are discussed. The benefits in developing new and novel teaching strategies for instrumental teachers in working with people with disabilities is also highlighted.
