Abstract: For several years, we have been presenting to this society preliminary results about the inhibition of basophil degranulation by histamine and P.A.F. We have chosen to study this effect on the point of view of the law of similars. We present here : the effect of hahnemannian dilutions of agonist and antagonist of histamine, the specificity of the inhibition of that physio-pathological reaction (i.e. on the same cellular system, hypersensibility to aspirin is blocked by aspirin dilutions while hypersensibility to penicillin is blocked by penicillin dilutions).
