Abstract: This article describes how music and movement have gained a position within the occupational assistance in a large institution. The programme of one group is gone into a bit deeper, with an example of a thematic approach of a group activity. An indication is given of how the aims are given shape. Not music therapy, but 'musical assistance in activities'.
