Dynamik des Aldosteronspiegels (Blutserum) bei Patienten mit essentieller Hypertonie unter Akupunktur-Behandlung

Abstract: At 65 patients with essential hypertony (stadium 1 and 2) the influence of acupuncture therapy was examined on the level of aldosterone in blood serum. The reducing effect of aldosterone with acupuncture was proved. The clinical effect did not occur suddenly, but only in the end of the whole therapy. The positive clinical effect, that occured without reducing the level of aldosterone in blood serum obviously is connected with the regulating reaction of acupuncture on other mechanisms of pathogenesis of essential hypertony. According to that, the effect lasted for a shorter time.The findings of that work point out, that the hypotensive effect of the acupuncture therapy of essential hypertony at the patients results in the regulating effort of aldosterone secretion.
