Abstract: Unspecific complaints caused by disorder of the vegetative system are very often seen with patients consulting the general practitioner or internal specialist. Electrolyte deficiency or intracellular shifting of physiological balance of the cations magnesium, calcium and potassium can be found as a major reason in many cases. The clinical trial with 249 cases, who suffered from intensive and specific symptoms, leads us to the result that the treatment with Phosetamin, containing the cations with a high bioavailability, mentioned above, can remove successfully vegetative symptoms in a high rate.
