Behandlung des postthrombostischen Syndroms mit einem Enzymgemisch

Abstract: In a double-blind study the therapeutical effect of Wobenzym was investigated in comparison to placebo-treatment in 2 groups of 20 patients with postthrombotic syndrome. Patients were treated during 4 weeks with a daily dose of 3 x 5 dragees. Previous clinical experiences and particularly those from ambulant practice were confirmed in this study. Clinical efficacy was proved to be significant compared to placebo-treatment. Tolerance was considered to be very good.
