Anwendung und Entwicklungstendenzen der Elektrotherapie im Nieder(NF-) und Mittel-(MF-) Frequenzbereich1

Abstract: Aus der Abteilung Für Physiotherapie (Leiter: Doz. Dr. sc. med. A. LANGE) der Medizinischen Klinik (Direktor: OMR Prof. Dr. sc. med. H. HALLER) der Medizinischen Akademie "Carl Gustav Carus" Dresden 1 Nach einem Vortrag auf dem XI. Kongreß der Gesellschaft für Physiotherapie der DDR vom 6.-8. 11. 1984 in Karl-Marx-Stadt Zusammenfassung Für die Anwendung und die Entwicklungstendenzen im Nieder- und Mittelfrequenzbereich der Elektrotherapie war die Integration der Mikroelektronik von größter Bedeutung. Die dadurch mögliche Miniaturisierung brachte 1. die Möglichkeit der Heim- und Selbstbehandlung 2. Langzeit- bzw. Dauerbehandlung 3. des Batteriebetriebes 4. variabler vielfältiger Reizparametergestaltung und 5. der Schaffung vielfältiger implantabler Systeme zur funktionellen Elektrostimulation (FES) von Organen und an den Extremitäten. Auf die Technologie von Radiofrequenz-Transmitter-Systemen und die daraus resultierenden Verteile (f.). sowie die Entwicklungstendenzen im Mittelfrequenzbereich (7.) wird hingewiesen. Summary The Integration of microelectronics was of greatest significance for the application and the developmental tendencies in the low frequency and middle frequency areas of electrotherapy. The by this means possible miniaturisation evoked first the possibility of the treatment at home and of autotherapy; second long-term and permanent treatment respectively; third of battery running; fourth variable manifold formation of irritation parameters and fifth the creation of manifold implantable Systems for the functional electrostimulation of Organs and at the extremities. It is referred to the technology of radiofrequency transmitter Systems and the advantages resulting from this (sixth) as well as the developmental tendencies in the middle frequency area (seventh). ___MH
