Dosierungsstrategie einer Ultraschalltherapie1

Abstract: Aus dem Institut für Physiotherapie (Direktor: Prof. Dr. sc. med. R. CALLIES) der Friedrich-Schiller-Universität Jena 1 Vortrag zum 3. Gemeinschaftssymposium Elektrotherapie DDR - UdSSR Leipzig vom 28.-30. September 1982 Zusammenfassung Einleitend wird dargestellt daß eine optimale Ultraschalltherapie auf folgenden Ebenen diskutiert werden kann: Differentialindikationen (Schweregrad Dauer und Progredienzgrad des jeweiligen Krankheitsbildes) Wirkungsphysiologie (besonders Relationen der Wirkqualitäten) und Dosierung des Physiotherapiemittels. Die Verordnung einer Ultraschalltherapie beinhaltet eine Vielzahl von Varianten bezüglich der Applikationstechnik. Eine Therapieforschung sollte sich besonders auf die Relationen von Intensität und Zeit der Einzelapplikation sowie auf die Problematik von Intervall und Dauer der Behandlungsserie konzentrieren. Es werden Dosisstufen von Gleichschall und Impulsschall empfohlen. Des weiteren wird eine Dosierungsstrategie des Ultraschalls (am Beispiel des Gleichschalls) dargestellt. Letztlich wird die Änderung des Beschwerdebildes auf der Ebene der von uns praktizierten Dosierungsstrategie interpretiert. Summary In the introduction is described that an optimum ultrasonic therapy may. be discussed at the following levels: differential indication (degree of severity duration and degree of progession of the adequate picture of the disease) physiology of the effect (particularly relations of the qualities of the effect) and dosage of the remedy of physiotherapy. The prescription of an ultrasonic therapy contains a great number of variants concerning the technique of application. A research of therapy should concentrate itself particularly to the relations of intensity and time of the individual application as well as to the problems of interval and duration of the series of treatment. Dose stages of continuous sound and Impulse sound are recommended. Furthermore a dosage strategy of ultrasound (at the instance of the continuous sound) is demonstrated. Finally the change of the picture of the complaint is interpreted at the level of the dosage strategy interpreted by us. ___MH
