Abstract: The effects of intramuscular application of plant extracts (Echinacea Complex) in mice with acute radiation injury were investigated. Daily doses of 8 ml/kg body weight for 8 days post X-irradiation (LD60/30 with 660 cGy) brought about therapeutic progress. Further experiments are recommended in order to improve and explain the reported results.
