Abstract: This paper accompanies a workshop designed to examine the quality of our personal and professional relationships, which depends on the communication occuring between them. In the workshop we ask ourselves the following questions with the empasis on professional/client relationships (both group and one to one): 1) What is Communication. 2) What do I want or need to communicate 3) What is creativity 4) What are possible barriers to successful communication and creativity.
