Abstract: An evaluation by a hospital project group of Helen Odell's work at the Ida Darwin Hospital and School Cambridge. This was a thoroughly conducted enquiry, with wide-ranging discussion, in which 55% of the staff participated. The aim was to allocate Helen's time to the best advantage, and the project resulted in constructive redistributions that benefitted both therapist and staff.
