Music therapy and science: to a harmony of atmospheres

Abstract: In this article the authors make a plea for the development of two kinds of music science, i.e. bio-music science (concerned with music in relation to life processes) and clinical music science (concerned with music as expression and experience of patients). They should contribute directly to music therapeutical practice.
