Abstract: The rote of intravascular and extravascular blood coagulation in the growth and spread of malignant tumors has been the subject of increasing interest in recent years (Ambrus and Ambrus, 1976; (Gastpar, 1976a). Adjuvant therapy with anticoagulants, fibrinolytic5 or platelet aggregation inhibitors in advanced Stages of cancer and in the formation of metastases seems to merit Investigation.
