Abstract: The theoretical background of the so called Â„Neuraltherapie" inaugurated in 1928 by Huneke is by no means a scientific one. Successes in treatment, especially the, Â„Second-phenomenon", are not pharmacological effects of the injected Procain but rather psycho-physiological suggestiv in nature. This therapy is not at all harmless and can therefore fulfil the fact of culpable malpractice.
