Zur Wirkungsprüfung der stereo-dynamischen Interferenz auf die Motilität und Druckkraft der Hand von Patienten mit rheumatoider Arthritis

Zysno Abteilung Physikalische Medizin und Rehabilitation der Medizinischen Hochschule Hannover Karl-Wiechert-Allee 9 3000 Hannover61 Eingang der Arbeit 14. 2. 80 Zusammenfassung Es wurde die Wirkung des diadynamischen DF-Stromes (100 Hz) und der Programme SEDIERUNG (f1 4000 f2 3900 f3 4100 Hz) und MYOMOTORIK (f1 4000 f2 3999001 f3 4050 Hz) der stereodynamischen Interferenz auf die Motilität und Druckkraft der Hand bei Patienten mit rheumatoider Arthritis geprüft. Dazu wurden drei Patientengruppen gebildet wobei jeweils eine Therapiegruppe mit einer dieser Stromformen behandelt wurde. Vor nach und 10 Min nach Stromapplikation wurde die Zeit für 20 Faustschlüsse und die Druckkraft an unterschiedlich großen Druckbällen des Vigorimeters gemessen. Diese Messungen erfolgten ebenfalls an der unbehandelten linken Hand. Alle drei Therapiegruppen zeigten statistisch signifikante (p < 0 05) Zeitreduktion für 20 Faustschlüsse und Kraftsteigerung an der behandelten rechten Hand. Der Reduktionsgrad der Zeit für 20 Faustschlüsse betrug für die Therapiegruppen 1-3: 17 % 20 % und 18 % und der mittlere Druckzuwachs in Prozent des Ausgangswertes 56 % 45 % und 34 %.Die Hypothese daß vor allem eine analgetische Wirkung aller drei Stromqualitäten zu den erwiesenen Motilitäts- und Kraftsteigerungen an der Hand von Rheumapatienten führte wird diskutiert. Summary Investigations into the effect of stereodynamic interference an manual motility and grip strength in patients with rheumatoid arthritis. Investigations were carried out into the effect of diadynamic DF current (100 Hz) and the SEDATION (f1 4000 f2 3900 f3 4100 Hz) and MYOMOTORICITY (f1 4000 f2 3999001 f3 4050Hz) Programmes of stereodynamic interference an the manual motility and grip strength of patients with rheumatoid arthritis. For this purpose the patients were divided into three groups each group being subjected to one of these different forms of current. The time needed to clench the fist 20 times and the pressure strength an various sizes of pressure ball an the vigorimeter were measured before alter and 10 min after the current application. The untreated left hand was also tested. All 3 test groups showed a statistically significant reduction (p c 0 05) in the time needed to clench the right (treated) fist 20 times. The grade of reduction in groups 1-3 was 17 % 20 % and 18 % and the average pressure increase as a percentage of the initial values 56 % 45 % and 34 % respectively. The hypothesis whereby an analgesic effect of all 3 current types is the main cause of the observed increases in motility and strength is discussed. ___MH
