Anpassungsreaktionen des Organismus und intrazellulare bioenergetische Prozesse unter Einwirkung physischer Faktoren

Abstract: Aus dem Zentralen Forschungsinstitut für Kurortkunde und Physiotherapie Moskau Zusammenfassung Vom Standpunkt der Theorie der funktionellen Systeme läßt sich der Wirkmechanismus von Heilbädern auf 2 Grundprinzipien zurückführen - auf spezifische (chemische) und unspezifische Wirkungen. Die Wirkung schwefelwasserstoffhaltiger und salzfreier Bäder auf bioenergetische Prozesse in den Mitochondrien der Leber und in Nebennierenhomogenaten wurde mit polarographischen Methoden untersucht; der Gehalt an Katecholaminen in Hirn Herz und Nebennieren sowie der Gehalt von 11-Hydroxykortikosteroiden im Blut wurde bei Versuchstieren mit fluorimetrischen Methoden bestimmt. Es wird die Rolle der spezifischen (chemischen) Komponenten von Schwefelwasserstoffbädern bei Ausdehnung und Qualität der allgemeinen Adaptationsreaktion des Organismus aufgezeigt die durch die unspezifischen (reflektorischen) Wirkkomponenten der Heilbäder geprägt werden. Summary From the point of view of the theory of the functional systems the therapeutic mechanism of spas may be traced back to 2 basic principles - to specific (chemical) and unspecific effects. The effect of baths containing hydrogen sulphide and salt-free baths an bioenergetic processes in the mitrochondria of the liver and in the adrenal homogenates was examined with the help of polarographic methods; the content of catecholamines in the brain the heart and the adrenal glands as well as the content of 11-hydroxycorticosteroids in the blood was estimated in experimental animals by means of fluorimetric methods. The role of the specific (chemical) components of hydrogen sulphide baths in the extension and quality of the general adaptation reaction of the organism is shown which are coined by the unspecific (reflectory) effective component of the spas. ___MH
