Beurteilung der Therapie mit diadynamischen Strömen bei Gonarthrosen

Abstract: Aus dem Institut für Physikalische Therapie (Direktor: Doz. Dr. sc. med. CALLIES) der Friedrich-Schiller-Universität Jena Zusammenfassung Bedeutend für einen optimalen Therapieverlauf und -erfolg sind exakte Verordnungsprinzipien in Abhängigkeit der jeweiligen Behandlungssituation. Die Therapie mit diadynamischen Strömen führt bei Patienten mit Gonarthrose jedes Röntgenstadiums zu einer deutlichen Schmerzlinderung Abnahme des Druckschmerzes sowie zum Anstieg der Schmerzschwelle im Elektroalgesietest während eine Besserung der eingeschränkten Beweglichkeit sich nur in II und III statistisch nachweisen läßt. Man muß annehmen daß von DF zu CP und MF die Dosierung ("Intensität") ansteigt. Während Patienten im Röntgenstadium III CP und oft eine höhere Dosierung (MF) benötigen vertragen diejenigen mit "Reiz"erscheinungen häufig nur DF. Summary Exact principles of prescription depending an the adequate situations of treatment are important for an optimal course and success of therapy. In patients with gonarthrosis of every X-ray stage the therapy with diadynamic currents leads to a clear reduction of pain decrease of the tenderness an pressure as well as to the increase of the pain threshold in the electroalgesia test whereas an improvement of the restricted mobility can be proved only in stage II and III. It is to be presumed the dosage ("intesity") increases from DF to CP and MF while patients in the X-raynage III need CP and often a higher dosage (MF) those with "irritation"-appearances often tolerate only DF. ___MH
