Laserakupunktur in der Kinderheilkunde am Beispiel des Asthma bronchiale

Abstract: Bronchial asthma presents an excellent indication for acupuncture as long as the patient does not have a pronounced emphysema. Therefore, the chances of success are relatively great when treating children. The development of laser acupuncture has brought with it new aspects for paediatrics. The following study presents primary observation results of laser acupuncture for obstructive, chronic, pulmonary disorders in pediatrics, which may serve as a guide for further use of laser therapy in pediatrics. The subjective positive results could also be objectified spirometrically on 1 8 patients with the aid of individual comparative measurement.
