Left-handedness: differences between student artists and scientists

Abstract: Majors in music and the visual arts had more left-handers among them than majors in the sciences. Handedness was determined by the self- reported hand used to perform a simple drawing task. Unexpectedly, a high proportion of left-handed females were in the sample.
