Erfahrungen mit der synchronen Kombination von Ultraschall und Reizstrom in der Behandlung verschiedener Schmerzsyndrome des Bewegungsapparates

Abstract: Aus der Medizinischen Klinik (Direktor: OMR Prof. Dr. sc. med. RENGER) Lehrstuhl IV - Physiotherapie (Prof. Dr. sc. med. EDEL) der Medizinischen Akademie "Carl Gustav Carus" Dresden. Zusammenfassung Es wird über die klinische Anwendung einer vom VEB "TuR" Hohen Neuendorf entwickelten Kombination der handelsüblichen Geräte ".TuR" US 6 und "TuR" RS 10 bzw. RS 12 berichtet. Diese Gerätekombination gestattet es Ultraschall und Reizstrom gleichzeitig mit Hilfe des Schallkopfes zu verabreichen. In der Praxis wird die synchrone Applikation von Ultraschall mit den verschiedenen Formen des diadynamischen Stromes bevorzugt. Die im Rahmen einer Diplomarbeit gesammelten Erfahrungen mit der synchronen Kombination von Ultraschall und Träbertschem Reizstrom bzw. geschwelltem neofaradischem Strom werden hier dargestellt; es kamen 48 Patienten mit vorwiegend chronischen Schmerzzuständen bei degenerativen Erkrankungen des Stütz- und Bewegungsapparates zur Behandlung. Die Kombinationstherapie mit Ultraschall und Reizstrom kann als effektiv in der Behandlung von akuten und chronischen Schmerzsyndromen eingeschätzt werden und ist als zeitlich wenig aufwendiges elektrotherapeutisches Verfahren besonders im Hinblick auf die zunehmende Zahl von chronisch degenerativen Gelenk- und Wirbelsäulenerkrankungen sehr zu empfehlen. Im Vergleich mit einem Importgerät für diese Kombinatonstherapie erweist sich die vom VEB "TuR" eingerichtete Gerätekopplung als praktikabel ebenso wirksam und dabei vielseitiger. Die Entwicklung eines Markengerätes eigener Produktion für diese Methode erübrigt sich demnach. Summary It is reported on the clinical use of the combination of the commercial apparatuses TuR" US 6 and "TuR" RS 10 and RS 12 developed by the VEB "TuR" Hohen Neuendorf. This combination allows to administer ultrasound and irritation current simultaneously with the help of the transducer. In practice the synchronous application of ultrasound with the different forms of the diadynamic current is preferred. The experiences with the synchronous combination of ultrasound and Traebert's irritation current and distended neofaradic current collected in a diploma essay are described here. 48 patients with above all chronic pain conditions in degenerative diseases of the supporting apparatus and of the locomotor system were treated. The combination therapy with ultrasound and irritation current may be estimated as effective in the treatment of acute and chronic pain syndromes and is to be recommended as a temporarily little demanding electrotherapeutic method particularly with regard to the increasing number of chronic degenerative diseases of articulations and spine. In comparison to an import apparatus for this combination therapy the device combination created by "TuR" proves to be practicable effective in the same way and more versatile. According to this the development of a patent device of own production for this method is not necessary. ___MH
