An assessment of the effectiveness of clinical training in collegiate music therapy curricula |
Journal/Book: Journal of Music Therapy. 1978; 15: 36-39.
Abstract: The problem in assessing the effectiveness of music therapy clinical training is to determine whether graduates of collegiate programs have found that such training was sufficient to meet the needs of their particular jobs. A method of evaluating the effectiveness of such training is described. The role of the National Association of Music Therapy in standardizing curricula is described. (2 ref)
