Reflections on motivation and methodology of active musicotherapy

Abstract: Elaborates on the fundamental theories of active musicotherapy and briefly reviews the relationship between musicotherapy and psychotherapy. Free improvisation as a therapeutic method and the principal steps of the author's method are presented. Means to augment the efficiency of the method are also discussed.
