The implementation of a music therapy program in a community mental health center

Abstract: A referral system of objectives and music therapy procedures for adult psychiatric clients in a day treatment center was implemented for 12 weeks. Individual and group sessions were provided to determine the efficacy of the referral system. Anecdotal case records documented the progress of clients participating in the program.
