Lymphomas and Animal-Protein Consumption

Abstract: Geographic comparison reveals a positive correlation between consumption of animal protein, particularly bovine protein, and lymphoma mortality. Allied observations suggest that excessive consumption of animal protein may, through antigen absorption and chronic persistent stimulation, impose considerable wear and tear an lymphoid tissue and thereby encourage malignant changes.
