Abstract: The following paper has been included as an addendum to the second symposium on Research & Development of the American Institute of Homeopathy because of its bearing an the subject. This paper was completed two years ago but has not been previously published since its authors hoped to have it accepted by one of the better, non-homeopathic scientific journals. Since this was not accomplished, and in the interim Dr. Barnard, a senior research physicist with the British government, died it seemed wise to go ahead with immediate publication.
