Abstract: Since ancient times it has been known that invisible and not directly accessible realms of reality may be contacted via certain methods. Basically, for this it is necessary to achieve a neutral inner attitude and to combine merely rational methods of information processing with ones willingness to also accept emotions as carriers of informations. Fulfilling these prerequisites, it becomes possible to directly and reproducably access hitherto completely unknown informations which are hidden behind emotions. The NATHAL method offers a safe and simple way to gain novel informations ready to be used in research and development and psychotherapy.
