Immunmodulation in der Behandlung von atopischer Dermatitis

Abstract: Zusammenfassung Die Pathogenese der atopischen und ebenso der nummulären Dermatitis ist multifaktoriell und noch nicht geklärt. Es gibt deswegen viele Behandlungsmodalitäten. Es sollte geprüft werden ob Spenglersan Kolloid G ein traditioneller Immunmodulator bei Patienten mit diesen Erkrankungsformen therapeutisch wirksam ist. Zu diesem Zweck wurden 60 Patienten mit atopischer oder nummulärer Dermatitis in einer offenen randomisierten Studie 6 Wochen lang mit Spenglersan Kolloid G topisch behandelt. Ergebnisse: Eine gute Gesamtbeurteilung des Therapieeffekts korrelierte mit einem niedrigen Alter. Summary The pathogenesis of both atopic and nummular dermatitis is multi-factorial and has not been fully elucidated. Consequently a variety of treatment modes is currently in use. The aim of this study was to investigate the potential therapeutic efficacy of Spenglersan Kolloid G a conventional immuno-modulator in patients suffering from these ailments. In this open randomised study a total of 60 atopic or nummular dermatitis patients were given topical Spenglersan Kolloid G treatment for a period of 6 weeks.
