Paraspezifische Vaccinen aus Pockenviren (Paramunitätsinducer): eine neue Art von Impfstoff

Mayr Anton; München Zusammenfassung Die Herstellung und Anwendung nicht immunisierender regulatorisch wirkender sogenannter paraspezifischer Vaccinen (Paramunitätsinducer) basiert auf der Nutzung des erregerunspezifischen Teiles des Immunsystems. Für die Herstellung werden attenuierte und inaktivierte Tierpockenviren benutzt (Pockeninducer). Empirische und multizentrisch randomisierte Auswertungen bei über 1.000 Freiwilligen (Selbstmedikation) in einem Zeitraum von mehr als zehn Jahren belegen die Unschädlichkeit und Wirksamkeit der Paramunitätsinducer in Prophylaxe und Therapie. Summary The production and use of non-immunizing regulatory so-called paraspecific vaccines (paramunity inducers) is based on use of the non-pathogen-specific part of the immune defence system. In production attenuated and inactivated animal poxviruses are used (poxvirus inducers). Empirical and multi-centre randomized evaluations of over 1 000 volunteers (self-medication) over a period of more than ten years confirm the harmlessness and efficacy of the paramunity inducers in prevention and therapy.
