The Bonny Method and Spiritual Development

Abstract: An exploration of transpersonal therapy, spiritual development and the Bonny Method of Guided Imagery and Music. Spiritual development is suggested in the models of Ken Wilber's Spectrum of Consciousness and James Fowler's Stages of Faith. The Bonny Method, a transpersonal therapy, enables unique internal experiences engendered by carefully chosen music which contributes to spiritual development not only within the client, but also within the facilitator of the method.
