Abstract: Niccolum is nof often prescribed in homoeopathic practice. Below, two casuistries are presented, where finding a remedy only takes place with the help of small rubrics in the repertory. In both patients are susceptibility to injustice can be noticed, so that we have to think about, whether this remedy can be taken into consideration as an important differentiation for the prescription of causticum.
