Documentation in the land of perfect charts. How to turn your frogs into princes

Abstract: In this article, the author describes an innovative approach to teaching adult learners. A theatrical atmosphere was used with medieval characters, music, and head gear. This class about documentation was designed to spur creativity, team work, and ultimate individual accountability.
