Abstract: Due to juridical requirements and its function in the control of quality of the treatment the documentation of psychotherapeutic process is of major importance for clinical-psychological practice. The documentation of relevant information requires the systematic use of a structured session record, The present paper outlines necessary standards in the documentation of psychotherapeutic process and proposes a structured record sheet for practical use.
