Abstract: Dramatic changes have transpired in recent years in the availability of and reimbursement for treatment services for individuals with addictive disorders. Clinicians should be active advocates for themselves and for their patients in the political and economic processes that determine priorities Sor reimbursement of addiction and mental health services.
